Ordiver merchant support

How can we help?

Get help with your Ordiver account, Clover connection, catalog readiness, ordering, payments, and platform operations.

Contact support

Email the Ordiver team

Send a clear description of the issue and the safe operational details listed below. Support responses may depend on issue severity and provider availability.

Oliver@ordiver.com

Never email passwords, authentication codes, Clover credentials, payment-card data, or customer personal information.

What merchant support covers

Account and access

Help identifying the correct sign-in, restaurant workspace, and authorized operator path.

Clover integration

Guidance for connection health, secure reconnect, catalog readiness, and capability status.

Ordering operations

Triage for checkout, order, payment, webhook, and reconciliation issues using safe operational evidence.

Ordiver can investigate its application and integration boundaries. Some incidents may require coordination with Clover or another service provider, and Ordiver cannot override provider decisions or availability.

Troubleshooting and FAQs

I cannot sign in

Confirm that you are using the email address connected to your Ordiver account. If access still fails, contact support without sending your password or authentication codes.

My Clover connection needs attention

An authorized Platform operator can review connection health and start the existing secure reconnect flow. Never send Clover tokens, credentials, or authorization codes to support.

Ordering or payment processing is unavailable

Check the restaurant readiness and Clover capability status shown in Ordiver. A disabled capability may be intentional. Do not repeatedly retry an order or payment with an unknown result; provide support with the safe error code and approximate time instead.

What information should I include?

Include the restaurant display name, the affected task, the approximate time and time zone, and any safe error code shown by Ordiver. Do not include card data, customer personal information, passwords, tokens, credentials, or raw provider responses.

Policies and data handling

Review how Ordiver handles merchant and customer information and the terms that govern platform use.
